Legal
Terms of
Service.
Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to: Veloure iOS / Android apps
(TestFlight, Expo Go, and store releases) and veloure.app
01
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Veloure, including the mobile
application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or
otherwise using Veloure, you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. The operator of Veloure is
Levi-Luigi Petrea (“Veloure”, “we”, “us”). Contact:
levipetrea08@gmail.com.
02
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old (or the digital-consent age required in your country, if higher)
to use Veloure. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only
with involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by local law.
03
The Service
Veloure provides personal style tools such as outfit scanning and scoring, wardrobe organisation,
outfit planning, optional email purchase import, and curated shopping discovery with partner and
affiliate listings. Features may change, be limited during beta or TestFlight, or differ by
platform.
Style scores, recommendations, and AI outputs are informational. They are not professional fashion,
medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for how you dress and for purchases you make
with third-party retailers.
04
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You
are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised
access.
You may delete your account in the app under Security settings. Deletion is permanent subject to
legal retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
05
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User
Content, you grant Veloure a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and
display that content solely to operate and improve the Service you request (for example wardrobe
storage, outfit scoring, background removal, and catalog matching).
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload User Content and that it does not infringe
others’ rights or applicable law. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or sexually explicit content
involving minors.
06
AI and third-party processing
Certain features send images or derived data to service providers (for example AI analysis and
background removal) solely to deliver the feature you invoke. Outputs may be imperfect. You should
review results before relying on them.
07
Shop, partners, and affiliates
Shop listings may include partner catalogues and affiliate links. Commercial placements are labelled
in the app. If you buy from a retailer after following an outbound link, Veloure may earn a
commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers’ own terms, pricing, shipping, and returns apply.
Veloure does not process card payments for those purchases inside the app.
08
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload APIs except as allowed by law.
- Use the Service to harass others or to violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Resell or commercially exploit Veloure access without our written permission.
09
Intellectual property
Veloure’s name, branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not
transfer ownership of our IP to you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without
obligation to you.
10
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we
disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We
do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI results, or that third-party shops will
honour any listing.
11
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veloure and its operator will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or
goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the
Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months
before the claim or (b) EUR 50, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer
law.
12
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the
Service, or if we discontinue Veloure. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any
time.
13
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where
required, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
14
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections
that apply in your country of residence within the European Union / European Economic Area.
